This warranty covers an Alpine Plunges cold plunge ("the Product") and is provided by Alpine Plunges, hereinafter referred to as "the Manufacturer." This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage:

The Manufacturer warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original consumer.

Warranty Claims:

If the Product exhibits a defect covered by this warranty during the warranty period, the purchaser should contact Alpine Plunges to obtain warranty service. The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the Product to the Manufacturer for warranty service. The purchaser may be required to provide proof of purchase and describe the defect.

Warranty Remedies:

The Manufacturer, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective parts or the entire Product, free of charge, during the warranty period. If the Product or any component thereof is replaced, the replacement Product or part will be covered by the remainder of the original warranty period.

Exclusions and Limitations:

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Normal wear and tear.

3. Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.

4. Incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty explicitly excludes coverage for any damages or malfunctions resulting from neglect or improper maintenance. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure proper care and regular maintenance of the cold plunge in accordance with the provided guidelines.

Disclaimer of Additional Warranties:

The Active Aqua chiller and the Danner Manufacturing 950-gph pump have warranties from the manufacturer covering defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The date these items were purchased is August 3rd, 2023, thus ending on August 3rd, 2024. This being the date that Alpine Plunges purchased these items to be installed into the final product. Individual warranties of these items will be provided.

Legal Rights:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, the Manufacturer's liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

Governing Law:

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Utah.

Effective Date:

This warranty is effective as of the purchase date and supersedes all prior warranties or representations regarding the Product.

By using the Product, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of this warranty.
