Returns, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your Alpine Plunge experience. Please review our policy below for returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Returns and Refunds
You may return your cold plunge for any reason within 60 days of delivery. We offer two options for return:
- Self-Drop Off: You may bring the unit back to our Herriman, Utah location at no additional cost.
- Pickup Service: If you would like us to pick up the cold plunge, a $150 pickup fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returned cold plunges must be in good condition and free of significant damage or wear beyond normal use. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
If any damage requiring repair is identified during the return inspection, a detailed report outlining the necessary repairs will be provided. Repair costs will be deducted from your refund, up to the total purchase price of $5,995 plus tax, minus the non-refundable deposit of $500. If repairs are significant, we reserve the right to extend the refund processing timeline to ensure all repairs are properly documented and completed.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before delivery has taken place, you may do so. Your initial deposit of $1,000 includes a non-refundable $500 fee. The remaining $500 will be refunded to you.
Additional Information
- Warranty: Warranty details are available on our website. We recommend reviewing the warranty terms to understand coverage and exclusions.
- Non-Refundable Items: Accessories and custom modifications to the cold plunge are not eligible for return or refund.
- Damage During Return: You are responsible for securely packaging the cold plunge if you choose to return it. If damage occurs during the return process and is not covered by our pickup service, repair costs may be deducted from your refund.
